CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Many NaomiHev pieces are individually created according to the customer’s selected specifications, such as fabric, material, color, detailing or other personal customization choices.
Where a product is manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications or is clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
Please carefully check your selected size, fabric, material and customization options before placing your order.
NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
If an item does not fall within the legal exception for customized or personalized products, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact info@naomihev.nl within the applicable withdrawal period.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the item must be returned within the statutory return period.
VINTAGE MATERIALS
NaomiHev works with authentic pre-owned and vintage designer materials. Due to the nature of these materials, minor variations in color, texture, pattern placement and signs of previous use may occur.
These characteristics are part of the unique nature of the materials and do not automatically constitute a defect.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Your statutory consumer rights always remain applicable.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@naomihev.nl and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Where an item does not conform to the agreement, NaomiHev will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include repair or replacement and, where legally applicable, a refund.
Any necessary return costs relating to an incorrectly supplied or defective product will be covered by NaomiHev.
REFUNDS
Where a customer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements and returned using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
