1. About NaomiHev
NaomiHev is an independent fashion brand based in the Netherlands. Our pieces are created in our atelier using carefully selected garments and authentic pre-owned and vintage designer materials.
NaomiHev is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to the original designer brands whose vintage materials may be incorporated into our designs.
2. Orders
By placing an order through our website, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
Customers are responsible for checking their selected product, size, color, fabric, customization options and shipping information before completing an order.
After an order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
3. Made-to-Order & Customized Items
NaomiHev specializes in made-to-order and customized fashion. Many pieces are created after the customer has selected individual specifications, such as size, model, fabric, designer material, color, detailing or other customization options.
Where an item is non-prefabricated and is manufactured according to the customer’s individual choices or specifications, or is clearly personalized, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
This is in accordance with Article 6:230p(f)(1) of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
For products that do not qualify for this legal exception, consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal, including the applicable 14-day withdrawal period.
4. Production & Delivery
The estimated production and delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
This is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date unless a specific delivery date has expressly been agreed.
During exceptionally busy periods, holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, production or delivery may take longer.
For international shipments, delivery may also take longer due to the carrier, customs procedures or other circumstances outside NaomiHev’s control.
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information where available.
5. Vintage & Pre-Owned Materials
NaomiHev uses authentic pre-owned and vintage designer materials in its designs.
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned materials, variations in color, texture, print, pattern placement and minor signs of previous use may occur.
Each piece is individually created, meaning that the exact placement of a print, logo or pattern may differ from photographs shown on our website or social media.
Such characteristics do not constitute a defect provided that the product otherwise conforms to the agreement and to what the customer may reasonably expect.
6. Sizing & Fit
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the information provided on the product page.
Some NaomiHev designs are intentionally oversized, straight-cut or otherwise designed with a particular fit. The intended fit will, where relevant, be stated in the product description.
A customer’s personal preference regarding fit does not in itself mean that the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights where an incorrect size or product has actually been supplied by NaomiHev.
7. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items
NaomiHev remains responsible for ensuring that products comply with the sales agreement and with applicable statutory consumer rights.
If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged or defective item, the customer should contact info@naomihev.nl as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number and clear photographs of the issue.
NaomiHev will assess the issue and, where the product does not conform to the agreement, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the customer’s mandatory statutory rights.
8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
For customized or personalized products falling within the legal exception described in Section 3, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Such products cannot be returned solely because the customer has changed their mind, does not like the selected customization or would prefer a different size, color or design.
For products to which the statutory right of withdrawal does apply, consumers may exercise this right within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal for customized products does not affect a customer’s statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the agreement.
9. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
NaomiHev is responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law. Any provisions concerning the shipping carrier do not limit the customer’s statutory rights against NaomiHev.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
10. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT where required, unless stated otherwise.
The order will enter production after successful payment has been received.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
11. Intellectual Property
All NaomiHev designs, photographs, website content, branding and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may not be reproduced, copied or commercially used without prior written permission from NaomiHev.

13. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions and agreements concluded with NaomiHev are governed by Dutch law.
If the customer is a consumer residing in another EU country, this choice of law does not deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protection afforded by the law of their country of residence where applicable.
