Original work by Naomihev Remade, this upcycled garment is sold with a certificate of authenticity issued by Naomihev. Work produced in our workshop. When you purchase a creation on our site, you are buying a Naomihev creation and not a creation from the brand from which the upcycled part originates.
Each product is made to order to prevent overproduction and to maintain an ecological approach throughout the entire process. The delivery time may therefore be longer.
Please note that vintage items may show signs of wear, as they are in good but second-hand condition. We are always transparent about potential product flaws (such as holes or markings) but also ensure that each garment can be worn as fashionably as possible.
Additionally, the altered fabrics we use are handcrafted and not machine-made, which may result in some items having uneven stitching ♻️

Refund Policy
Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of vintage items, all our sales are final, each piece is made to order, in order to avoid overproduction and maintain an ecological approach throughout the process, no returns are accepted.
All items that we sell, unless stated otherwise are vintage and therefore pre-loved.
Vintage items are sold as seen, and may shown signs of wear – therefore please check the images and item description carefully before making your purchase.
Please ensure you check all measurements/sizing of clothing items before you purchase.

Withdrawal Rights Exception:
Since all our products are custom-made, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Orders cannot be returned unless there is a production or manufacturing defect.
Clear Return Policy:
In the event of a defect, customers must contact us within 14 days to arrange a replacement or repair.
Levertijd
Once the order is placed, the ordering process is initiated. All our items are Italian vintage items. Naomihev customizes and creates everything to order. The delivery time is approximately 20 working days.
Payment Methods
The order must be paid for using one of the digital payment methods offered in the Webshop.
IDEAL
iDEAL is the most commonly used payment method for online purchases. You pay in your trusted internet banking environment, based on the specific security methods of your own bank.
When checking out your order, you indicate that you want to pay via iDEAL. You select your bank and then you will be redirected to your own bank where the payment instruction is ready for you. You authorize the payment and the amount will be immediately debited from your account. We receive notification that the order has been paid and we get to work for you.
KLARNA
If you prefer to pay for your order afterwards, or in installments, you choose the option to pay via Klarna.
KLARNA – Pay later for consumers (NL)
Klarna handles the entire post-payment process for Naomihev. When you complete your order via Klarna, you will receive a digital payment overview from them and you will pay the order amount to Klarna. Klarna conducts a data check to approve your request for post-payment. Klarna has a strict privacy policy as described in the privacy statement. If, unfortunately, your request to pay with Klarna is not authorized, you can of course pay for your order with another payment method. CREDIT CARD
Paying with a credit card is very simple. When checking out your order, you indicate that you want to pay by credit card. The cards we accept are: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

All product descriptions and prices of our products may be changed at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Custom-made articles are carefully tailored and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means they cannot be returned or canceled unless there is a manufacturing defect. Of course, the normal warranty period still applies.
The products are made according to your specifications, in your chosen color, size, and/or model, based on the information you provided and confirmed in the order. You are responsible for providing the correct information.

ARTICLE 7 – CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Only hand washing or steaming at low temperatures is allowed for the fabrics used. If the fabric is used or cleaned otherwise, we do not provide a warranty.
ARTICLE 8 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF CUSTOM-MADE AND VINTAGE PRODUCTS
Custom-made items and items made to order are excluded from returns and exchanges. These products are specially created according to the specifications provided by the customer, including color, size, and model, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This exclusion applies unless the item has a manufacturing defect, in which case our standard warranty period remains applicable.
Vintage products that have not been altered or customized and are in their original condition may be returned, provided they meet the following conditions:
– The item must be returned within the legally defined period as stated on our website.
– The item must be in the same condition as it was upon receipt, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Returns of vintage items are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
